Barrel Aged Brett Cerveza
Kick off with our light and zesty Sunrise Lime Cerveza, brewed in January and transformed into a Mexican-inspired marvel. We’ve aged this spritzy brew in fresh Tequila barrels, infusing it with a wild twist of Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and Claussenii for a daring fermentation adventure. With vibrant notes of tequila and citrus, and an exotic bouquet of pineapple, cherry, and a hint of leather, this beer dances on the palate with a funky tropical twist. ABV 4.5%

Bush Shack Braggot – Special Release Honey Ale

Stoned Over
For those Cheech and Chong fans, this one’s for you!! Froth’s ‘Stoned Over’ Pale Ale pays homage to the next day of hazy you might feel after indulging in the devil’s cabbage.
Looking past the play on words, this pale is brewed with a relatively new yeast strain called Verdant that provides a peach stone fruit array of esters to this refreshing ale. To help drive the fruity character of the Verdant yeast, we’ve then added a refreshingly silly amount of whirlpool and dry hops to really drive the aromatics.
Your initial smell is riddled with ripe stone fruit that carries through until the last drop. ABV 5.0%
Runnin’ Block
Pouring a vibrant golden orange with a white cap of foam. This heavy hitter has a kaleidoscope of aromas with pineapple, grapefruit, mango, peach and stone fruit.
The flavour is all about the hops as the beer bursts out with rockmelon and sweet peach that works with the simple malt bill to smooth out the bitterness. ABV 7.8%
Heroes and Villains
Blue Carusour
Modelled on the mysterious liqueur, Blue Carucao. This sour contains full macerated oranges to give that unique pithy, citrus flavour. Magical incantations are meditated by the team in dark ritual to turn the concoction blue. ABV 5.8%
Malmo
A combination of berries, lime and lemon myrtle create a cocktail-style fruit sour that is refreshing and very fashionable! ABV 6.2%
Impi Brewers
The Fresh Prince of Belle-Haze – NEIPA
Our New England IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at Bellissimo Bar. Double dry hopped with Luminosa, Citra and El Dorado, This NEIPA is bursting with flavours of Mango, Peach, guava and candied orange peel with a subtle sweetness and a citrusy hop finish. With an opaque appearance and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel the tropical fruit flavour is balanced by moderate bitterness, creating a refreshing and easy-to-drink beer.
Are you the NEIPA Keeper? – NEIPA
Fruity and full of fun, our New England IPA is intentionally hazy to maximise the aroma and flavour from five US hops, while keeping bitterness low. Freshly squeezed orange juice, ruby grapefruit, ripe mango, pineapple and more burst from our double dry-hopped tropical cloud.

Nitro Stout-Irish Stout
A thick, rich stout that warms your taste buds with notes of chocolate, coffee and dark fruits. Using classic British malts and hops for a traditional experience and served on nitrogen for an extra creamy, full mouthfeel. ABV 5.2%

This beer was the winner of the Phat Homebrew Competition this year. First prize was to brew it at Phat Brew Club and release commercially… and where better to have a launch party than at Freo Beerfest?! Congratulations ‘Okonomal’ on an outstanding brew (it almost didn’t win as head brewer was concerned about the number of cherries needed for this big and bold beauty!). Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Much like this year’s supply of cherries.

An golden-amber, malty German Festival lager with a clean, rich, toasty, bready malt flavour, restrained bitterness, and a well-attenuated finish. A soft, elegant, and complex malt impression, with a rich malty aftertaste that is not too heavy. ABV 5.4%
Barrel Aged Choc Oat Stout
Our classic Chocolate Oatmeal Stout, Barrel-aged in wet American Heaven Hill Bourbon casks for 365 days. The result is a rich and complex combination of Stout, Bourbon and Oak. ABV 11.8%

Locals Only – Lager
Like that secret spot you found down some hidden track that you’d rather just share with your mates, this lager is a long-held secret kept by the Wilson Family. Crisp, refreshing, delicious. Brewed with 100% Australian Malt, this crisp, refreshing lager has a low bitterness from Centennial hops offering very smooth drinkability. A perfect pairing of malt and hops combined with a generous 21-day cold lagering period let this delicious brew slowly condition and develop it’s subtle, moreish flavours. ABV 4.2%
