Bush Shack Braggot – Special Release Honey Ale
This limited-release Braggot is a true gem for craft beer lovers! Pouring a beautiful light-to-medium amber with a frothy white head, it’s brewed with a perfect blend of pilsner and wheat malts, balanced by the crisp snap of Tettnang and Saaz hops. The addition of sweet, rich Kalamunda orchard honey gives it a smooth, subtly sweet touch. Flagship Lager
800 years in the making, Helles is the original lager beer. The name derives from the German word for ‘pale’, referring to the beer’s golden-straw appearance. A study in elegance in simplicity, our Flagship Lager draws its inspiration from a traditional Helles brewed with the finest German malt, hops, and yeast. Cold-cellared for six weeks and served unfiltered, this beer satisfies without overwhelming your palate. ABV 4.5%
Mermaid Special Ginger Beer
Crafted from fresh ingredients, our Ginger Beer offers a vibrant burst of bold, spicy ginger flavor and zesty lemon, rounded out with a hint of caramel sweetness. Perfect for sipping on a hot summer day or cozying up on a cold winter night. Fun Fact: Ginger beer traces its roots back to the 18th-century colonial spice trade with the Orient and the Caribbean. Initially popular in Britain and its colonies, it evolved through the ages, often jazzed up with various spices, though traditionally kept below 2% ABV due to old tax laws. ABV 3.5%

Froth Craft Brewery
Stoned Over
For those Cheech and Chong fans, this one’s for you!! Froth’s ‘Stoned Over’ Pale Ale pays homage to the next day of hazy you might feel after indulging in the devil’s cabbage.
Looking past the play on words, this pale is brewed with a relatively new yeast strain called Verdant that provides a peach stone fruit array of esters to this refreshing ale. To help drive the fruity character of the Verdant yeast, we’ve then added a refreshingly silly amount of whirlpool and dry hops to really drive the aromatics.
Your initial smell is riddled with ripe stone fruit that carries through until the last drop. ABV 5.0%
Runnin’ Block
Pouring a vibrant golden orange with a white cap of foam. This heavy hitter has a kaleidoscope of aromas with pineapple, grapefruit, mango, peach and stone fruit.
The flavour is all about the hops as the beer bursts out with rockmelon and sweet peach that works with the simple malt bill to smooth out the bitterness. ABV 7.8%
Nail Brewing
Skywalker Golden IPA
Delicious, hoppy goodness with tropical fruit aromas and a bright passionfruit, white peach, and citrus-led palate, with a well-balanced grapefruit bitterness. ABV 7.0%
MVP Session Ale
Low in alcohol but not in flavour. Subtle floral notes, strong citrus and stone fruit characteristics with a refreshing finish. ABV 3.4%

Broome Bitter

Native Peach and Mango
A luscious blend of peach and mango nectar, finishing with clean, zesty citrus flavours. Plus, it’s gluten-free and low in sugar! ABV 4.8%
Whalebone Brewing and Ningaloo Distilling
Squid Ink Stout
Medium bodied with a subtle character to offset the malty, bittersweet chocolate and espresso finish. This is almost a sessionable stout! Pale malt, roast barley, flaked barley, medium crystal. ABV 5.6%
Ningaloo Navy Gin
An ocean of botanical complexity and vibrant, zesty citrus flavours steers this ‘Navy Strength’ gin. Sip and respect its strength whilst saluting the spiritous warmth and hint of spice.
Ningaloo Vodka
Smooth and inviting like the sea at Turquoise Bay, this premium Vodka is distilled from Australian wheat with water that has passed through the ancient coral formations of the Cape Range.
